Interior Layout:
        This yacht has a very large salon that runs forward into the galley. The salon has been refurbished and is only in need of furniture. The pilot house is a forward of the newly refurbished galley.

          There are 4-staterooms and 3-full heads. There is a private stairway leading to the master full beam cabin. All new tile countertops have been installed in the staterooms. The heads have been completely updated with heads, plumbing fixtures, sinks, and countertops.

           The owners have have also updated the A/C units with newer digital controls and most of the lighting fixtures have been replaced. 

          There is a stacked washer and dryer in the companionway down below forward and a central vacuuming system for cleaning the interior of the vessel.

   The topsides have just been Awlgriped and the hull was done a few years ago.

    Most of the headliner throughout the yacht has been replaced along with countertops and night tables. the heads have all been redone with new heads, countertops, light and plumbing fixtures along with granite countertops. The new owner will beable to pick out there own final touches for the salon. This yacht has had over $300,00.00 worth of extensive upgrades over the past few years. This includes a new paint job.
